Conditions of use of images

Esbjerg Erhvervudvikling hereby grants free, non-exclusive use of all image material contained on this website.

The images may be used for the sole purpose of marketing Esbjerg Municipality, namely marketing in any form of written Danish or international media (e.g. advertisements, brochures, newspapers and magazines) in electronic or digital form.

The usage rights granted by Esbjerg Erhvervsudvikling may not be transferred to a third party.

The image material may only be cropped or edited after express permission by the photographer in accordance with Section 3 of the Danish Copyright Act. In the case where it is neither technically nor aesthetically possible, or where it is not customary to specify the photographer's name, there is no requirement to specify the name of the photographer.

Written permission must be given by the artist or other copyright owner of any works of art or other copyright-protected works depicted in the image material.

In the event of violation of these conditions, Esbjerg Erhvervsudvikling reserves the right to exercise its rights, including the right to claim compensation and immediately revoke image material usage rights.

Esbjerg Erhvervsudvikling can exercise its right to revoke image usage rights at any time with reasonable notice, including when no violation or infringement has occurred, and without risk of claim of any form by any second party.

Esbjerg Erhvervsudvikling reserves the right to transfer claims raised against them by one or more photographers in relation to violation of the above-mentioned conditions, including violation of the photographers' ownership rights.
